Campaign management
This page never displays applicant details. It separates live entries from prelaunch tests, provides protected CSV exports, and offers a controlled test-data reset before activation.
First-time setup
Choose the shared management password
This setup is intentionally first-visitor-wins. Whoever reaches this page first can set the shared password and control exports until an approved database administrator resets it. Store the chosen password in 1Password immediately.

Synced codes counts unique numbers in the current synced dataset, including codes already used for an entry. Last sync includes empty batch heartbeats.
Synced fair data
Download every correlated marking uploaded by the fair app, with its code, production details, process values, and sync timestamps. Search the raw_code column to check a scanned code. Multiple records can share a code, so the CSV may have more rows than the unique-code count above.
Clear synced fair data
This clears the synced codes and received-batch history for this campaign. Live and test submissions, including their original marking trace, are preserved. Retained traces are excluded from the synced count and CSV.
New uploads can refill the dataset. Pause sync in the fair app first if you need it to stay empty.
Live prize-draw entries
Customer form submissions for the live draw, with entrant details and the selected marking trace. Test submissions are excluded.
Camera learning
Smart scanning
Learn continuously from confirmed scans on the main site, scan page, test site and playground. Similar lighting, color, contrast, movement and camera resolution help choose a useful processing setting sooner. The standard scan sequence remains the fallback.
Changes reach active cameras within 45 seconds. Disabled means no learned choices or new learning; remembered settings remain available for later. Only image measurements and processing results are shared—camera images and barcode values are not stored in this learning database.
Prelaunch verification
Test mode
Test mode uses the real scan, lookup, form, and database path on /test.html. Test entries receive a TEST-FK-… reference and never appear in the live export.
Test controls are permanently locked because this campaign is no longer in draft.

Clear all test data
This permanently deletes only this campaign's test entries, releases their parts for real use, clears test rate-limit counters, and disables test mode. Live entries, ingested parts, and campaign configuration remain untouched.
